Facebook based Competitions Terms and Conditions

1. All competitions or giveaways on our Facebook page are run solely by Rawson Brothers Limited and in no way associated or administered by Facebook. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

2. For items being given away under $200, a list of the likes or comments will be taken and assigned a number, a random number generator will then pick a number from the list. If the number selected is ineligible to enter/win another number will be chosen until a winner is found.

3. Prizes over $200, a list will then be taken and individual entries written or printed on a piece of paper and a winning entry will be taken from a hat by a trusted person (Police officer, Justice of the Peace Etc)

4. Winners will be contacted by Facebook messenger

5. Photo Competitions are judged by Rawson Brothers and the best photo wins.

6. Nobody ever reads the terms and conditions, We hope you win.

Excluded Persons

1. Any person with the Surname Rawson, Immediate Family of the Rawson Brothers and close friends. If your Name is drawn we will redraw until a non excluded person is found.

2. For restaurant vouchers, Alcohol, or tickets to any venue that serves alcohol persons under 18 are excluded from entering. ID may be required.

3. Any person Not in New Zealand is unable to receive a prize.
