We can provide a service sometimes weeks quicker than other jewellers because we have the right tools, the right people and the right experience in our onsite workshop. Our onsite Goldsmiths can repair all types of jewellery in store, this means your precious jewellery is always in safe experienced hands. Most chains, ring resizing, ring refurbishments and re rhodium plating can be completed the same day, our same day service doesn’t cost any extra.
Naturally all repairs come with guarantee of workmanship, are insured while with us and stored securely in our safe. Every piece of jewellery is cleaned and polished after the repair is complete so it looks like the day it was purchased.
When you bring in your item for repair our staff will be able inspect your item and give a estimate of price and time frame for repair, we realise that some items may not hold a lot of monetary value but are highly sentimental, we are always happy to quote no matter the value.

Most services available same day or one hour collection but this does depend on parts, stones and the difficulty of repairing the item. Please call beforehand to book this service for best possible timeframe or we will advise a time frame while in store.
