Batteries and Pressure Testing

There is a difference in the quality of service offered on a simple battery change in your watch. At Rawson Brothers we only offer the best service. Your watch is in expert hands while its with us and we go far beyond what's on offer from other jewellers and watchmakers with a substantial amount of cleaning and resealing to ensure your watch doesn't let in water or dirt while being worn. If your watch requires a new seal we will change it free of charge (Other stores charge up to $20 to replace, if they have them)

Battery Replacement

We offer Sony and Maxcel batteries as standard and guarantee the battery for 6 months. These batteries are made in Japan, offering better quality ans a longer life compared to other watch batteries.

Cleaning around the case back and seal in vital to keeping water and dirt out of your watch, This is included with our battery replacement service. The back seal is siliconed or replaced if damaged or broken at no additional charge* (Normally a $15-$20 Charge).

*Standard Flat or Round Back seals only

We offer Water Pressure testing up to 50 meters same day and instore, we offer Pressure testing on watches with our specialist watchmaker.

Battery Replacement 5 Year Warranty

We offer a choice, a battery or a Battery and 5 Year warranty. They are the same battery but for a little extra our 5 Year warranty means we change that battery free of charge whenever it needs changing within the five years. So if your watch needs five batteries in Five Years we change it Five times and you don't pay again*.  

*Pressure testing excluded, Watch must not be opened by any other service agent within the 5 years, Warranty is per watch,
