Rubyvale #8 is the darkest sapphire in the collection, It is a very dark blue almost to the point of being black shield shape. We have set the sapphire into a platinum rubover setting designed and made in our workshop.

All the sapphires in the Rubyvale collection have been ethically sourced from the gem fields of Rubyvale, Central Queensland ironically where the prettiest sapphires come from.
