Our Goldsmith was inspired during a trip through Melbournes Smith Street, The noise, beautiful small businesses, food that’s presented like an art form, the best craft beer bar around, he though what if we just made some rings that we would like, not necessarily what we think others would like.

Spinel is a underutilized and beautiful gemstone, An 8 on the hardness scale its nearly as durable as sapphire*, with a fantastic sparkle. Spinel comes in Pinks, Reds, Purples and Greys but when our supplier had this fantastic mid grey Pear shaped Spinel in stock we knew what the ring would look like. 

Our Goldsmith crafted the ring in 18ct Yellow gold accented with 3 small diamonds in our Upper Hutt Workshop.
